Unconditional Love Fellowship Winter Retreat

The December 2021 retreat was a great success and a wonderful time of fellowship with all of those who were able to attend. We look forward to planning more gatherings in 2022!

It has been over a year since our last retreat together. We want to invite you to Kerrville, Texas this winter to come fellowship with Malcolm Smith and enjoy a weekend of rich teaching of the Word of God. Come take part in this weekend of music, fellowship and deepening your understanding of prayer. We hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you this December!

Retreat Schedule and Registration Information

PRAYER – The Door to the Father’s Intention

Date: Friday December 3 – Sunday December 5, 2021

Inn of the Hills Hotel and Conference Center
1001 Junction Highway, Kerrville, TX 78028.

You will need to book your reservation with Inn of the Hills directly, but we have arranged a discounted rate for you! Room rates start at $99 per night (normally $149) for 2 queen beds rooms or 1 king bed rooms. When making individual reservations, please call Inn of the Hills reservations line at 800-292-5690 and make sure to request the Unconditional Love group rate. The cut-off date for the reduced room rate is November 12, 2021. If you are interested in enhancing your stay with a full breakfast buffet the discounted rate is $10.95 per person if purchased at reservation time. (Map and directions below)

Most people prefer to check in the night of December 2nd because of the scheduled start times on Friday. Consult the Schedule of Events below and decide what works best for you.

Friday and Saturday nights are still available at Inn of the Hills, but Thursday night (Dec. 2nd) is now fully booked. If you are arriving Thursday, Dec. 2 we have made arrangements with the Y O ranch nearby for accommodations. You can reserve your room online or by phone. More info Below

How to Register for the Retreat

To register for the retreat and reserve your spot, please contact our scheduling coordinator Judy at: 830-328-3770 to register by phone.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED – THE RETREAT IS ALMOST FULL. PLEASE CALL 830-328-3770 TO REGISTER FOR ONE OF THE REMAINING AVAILABLE SPOTS.

Registration Cost: $375 per person.

There is a $25 ‘early-bird discount’ for those who register with us prior to September 30th.

All three meals we have together are included in this registration fee.

Schedule of Events – What to Expect:

The retreat begins Friday morning with time for everyone to check-in and meet and greet each other. We will have lunch on our own Friday, and begin the first teaching session of the retreat at 2pm. Each session lasts from 60-90 minutes and we take regular breaks between each teaching and for lunch/dinner. Friday and Saturday evenings, the last teaching session begins at 7pm. Sunday morning from 9:30-11am (approximately) we will have Holy Communion service and blessings as we head home.

This year’s topic is PRAYER – The Door to the Father’s Intention. The praise music will be led by Chuck Bentley. Cheryl Smith will be taking part in some teaching sessions throughout the weekend.

FRIDAY:

Registration will be from 10am to 12pm, during which time Malcolm and Cheryl will be meeting and greeting everyone in the foyer of the Gazebo Room.

Lunch will be on your own – there are many restaurants in Kerrville and the hotel restaurant serves excellent food.

2:00pm Malcolm Smith Teaching Session 1 in the Bluebonnet Room.

4:00pm Teaching Session 2.

5:30pm DINNER – we dine together in the Angora Room.

7:00pm Teaching Session 3.

SATURDAY:

Breakfast is on your own.

10:30am Teaching Session 4.

12:00 noon LUNCH – we dine together in the Angora Room.

2:30pm Q and A and discussion with Malcolm.

4:00pm Teaching Session 5.

5:30pm DINNER – we dine together in the Angora Room.

7:00pm Teaching 6 and laying on of hands/prayer for all who desire it.

SUNDAY:

9:30am Holy Communion service until approximately 11am. Blessings as we head home from our time together.
