A Simple Way to Stay Connected and Sustain the Ministry
Partnership is about relationship, commitment, and shared mission.
A Partner is someone who has chosen to walk with this ministry on an ongoing basis and help sustain the work in a way that is appropriate to their means.
That support can look different for different people, and that’s intentional.
What Partnership Is
An intentional commitment to support the ministry over time
A relationship built on trust, prayer, and shared purpose
A way to stay informed about where the ministry is headed
An opportunity to ask questions, give input, and stay connected
Partners are the people who make it possible for this work to continue faithfully and sustainably.
What Partnership Is Not
It is not a giving tier or membership level
It is not defined by finances
It is not limited to online participation
It is not about comparison or qualification
Partnership is not something you earn by hitting a number. It is something you choose.
How Partners Support the Ministry
Partners support the ministry in many ways:
Financial support
Prayer and encouragement
Advocacy and sharing the teaching with others
Long-term faithfulness and relationship
Every Partner’s situation is different, and every form of faithful support matters.

For many believers, Christianity has been understood primarily as a personal relationship with God. But what if the Gospel is even bigger than individual salvation?
For many believers, Christianity has been experienced primarily as a personal relationship with Jesus. Yet the Scriptures and the early Church reveal something much larger and far more beautiful: Christ did not merely come to save isolated individuals — He came to form a living Body through which His life, love, and healing continue in the world.
This retreat is an invitation to rediscover the mystery of the Church as the Body of Christ.
Together we will explore the breathtaking vision of the early Christians who saw the Church not merely as an institution, but as:
the continuation of the Incarnation,
the healing presence of Christ in the earth,
the communion of believers joined together in love,
and the “Hospital of Souls” where wounded humanity is restored.
Drawing deeply from Scripture and the wisdom of the Early Church, this retreat will explore themes of communion, healing, sacramental life, participation, and the profound mystery of becoming “members one of another” in Christ.
Throughout the retreat, we will journey through:
the Church as the living Body of Christ,
the healing vision of salvation in the early Church,
the Church as a communion rather than a crowd,
and the sacred Mysteries through which believers participate in the life of God together.
Special attention will be given to the ancient Christian understanding of the Mysteries — Baptism, Eucharist, confession, prayer, anointing, and the shared life of the Church — not as legalistic rituals, but as encounters with the living Christ who heals, nourishes, and unites His people.
This retreat is especially meaningful for those longing for deeper spiritual formation, a richer understanding of the Church, healing from isolation and fragmentation, and a more ancient and incarnational vision of the Christian life.
Retreat Speakers
Malcolm Smith
Teaching on covenant love, union with Christ, and the Church as the family and Body of God.
Clint Walker
Teaching on the Church as the Hospital of Souls, incarnational healing, and the restoring presence of Christ.
Andrew Coloney
Teaching on the sacred Mysteries of the Church and participation in the shared life of Christ.
What if your fears, reactions, anxieties, relationship patterns, and emotional pain actually make sense?
Many people spend their lives fighting behaviors without ever understanding the wounds beneath them. We often feel trapped in cycles of shame, fear, isolation, performance, emotional shutdown, people pleasing, or relational conflict while silently asking:
“Why am I like this?”
Inside Out 2 is a deep dive into the hidden inner world of the human heart through the lens of the Incarnation, the Early Church Fathers, and Incarnational Counseling.
This retreat explores how childhood wounds, trauma, neglect, shame, fear, and distorted beliefs shape the way we see ourselves, others, and even God. Together we will uncover how the soul develops “survival strategies” that once protected us but now often keep us from intimacy, freedom, and communion.
But this retreat is not merely about diagnosis. It is about encountering Christ as the true Physician of the soul. The Gospel is not God standing at a distance demanding healing from us. The Gospel is that in Jesus Christ, God entered directly into human suffering, weakness, fear, shame, and brokenness in order to heal humanity from the inside out.
Throughout the weekend we will explore:
The hidden stories shaping our lives
How shame and fear distort perception
Why we repeat unhealthy relational patterns
The difference between wounds of abuse and neglect
How the passions form as misdirected attempts to survive pain
The healing power of truthful presence
How Christ meets us within our story rather than bypassing it
Healing through communion, participation, and the love of the Trinity
Inside Out 2 is not about behavior modification or religious performance. It is about rediscovering the truth! That beneath the fear, shame, fragmentation, and survival patterns, there remains the beloved person Christ has never abandoned.
The goal is not merely relief from pain. The goal is restoration into and through communion with God, with others, and within your own heart.
Whether you attended Inside Out 1 or are joining for the first time, this retreat is designed to help you understand the deeper movements of the soul and experience the healing presence of Christ in a profoundly transformative way.
You are not a problem to be managed. You are a person to be healed, restored, and brought fully alive in the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
His Love and Her Harmony is a deeply relational, Christ-centered marriage retreat designed to restore connection, safety, and joy by bringing couples back to the design of love rather than the pressure of performance.
Rooted in Scripture and informed by decades of relational research, this retreat invites couples to experience marriage not as a contract to manage or a problem to fix, but as a covenant of union, healing, and shared life. Throughout the weekend, couples are guided to rediscover how God’s love reshapes perception, heals old wounds, and restores intimacy at the level of the heart – not just behavior.
Rather than offering quick techniques or moral checklists, His Love and Her Harmony addresses what is happening beneath the surface of marriage: how fear, shame, unmet childhood needs, and miscommunication distort connection – and how empathy, presence, and covenant love bring healing. Marriage is approached as ontological (who we are and how we are designed), not merely skill-based, allowing couples to grow in practical wisdom while remaining grounded in safety and grace.
What Couples Experience
A biblical vision of marriage rooted in union with Christ, not rules or roles
Healing conversations around conflict, emotional safety, and unmet needs
Practical, guided exercises that cultivate empathy, attunement, and deep understanding
A renewed understanding of masculine and feminine design as complementary, life-giving dynamics
Tools for navigating conflict without blame – learning to stay on the same team
Covenant vs. contract: why marriage was designed to be a place of safety and healing
“Turning toward” one another in everyday moments
Empathy as incarnate love – the most powerful antidote to resentment
Conflict as an opportunity for deeper union, not division
Play, friendship, and joy as essential to lifelong intimacy
His Love and Her Harmony is ideal for couples who want more than survival – who long for a marriage marked by presence, mutual understanding, spiritual depth, and lasting connection. Whether couples are thriving or struggling, this retreat creates a sacred space to rediscover love as it was always meant to be experienced: received, shared, and multiplied.

Unconditional Love Fellowship is pleased to welcome Clint Walker to our team full-time, to serve as ministry manager and family counseling specialist. Clint is bringing his counseling services into the ministry and making them available to you in exchange for a donation to the minstry.
Pastoral Counseling Services
Clint originally met Malcolm in 2003. At that time he was personally mentored and trained by Malcolm in ministry and theology for several years. The Malcolm Smith Bible Institute was developed out of that relationship and since then many have graduated from the school. Clint went on to be ordained by Malcolm when he was 21 and has ministered alongside Malcolm in various settings. While Clint was being mentored he also graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with degrees in psychology and sociology.
In 2009 Clint married Allison, and went to work for Child Protective Services in the State of Texas for the next 11 years. During his work there, Clint witnessed all manner of abuse, neglect, and brokenness in the thousands of families he served. There he received what he would call ‘an education of people and the childhood wounds they carry‘. Therefore Clint’s approach to ministry echoes the early church’s understanding of the Body of Christ as a “Hospital for souls, not a stage for saints.”
Clint went on to minister for various non-profits as a Family Specialist providing Family Counseling prior to joining Unconditional Love Fellowship as a fulltime speaker, pastor, and counselor.
Incarnational Counseling
Clint’s approach to Inner Healing is what he calls Incarnational Counseling which is rooted in the most ancient truth that Jesus heals by entering human experience, not bypassing it, and that true restoration happens through the loving presence of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! This is the healing work whereby Christ, through His Body (the church), enters the concrete reality of a person’s embodied, relational, and psychological life in order to assume, heal, re-order, and glorify it from within without bypassing our weakness, our history, or our desire.
Understanding that the presence of Christ is our True Medicine – escape from pain, trauma, and suffering is not Salvation, but it is communing with Christ in those places that leads to healing. Soteria (salvation, deliverance, healing) happens from the inside of human experience, not by negating it. Therefore inner healing is never coerced but is the gentle invitation of the Father to participate in Christ’s presence in all of our wounds leading to the summoning of our true identity as embraced, beloved Children of God!
Incarnational Counseling helps people:
Re-inhabit their story with Christ
Recover lost or fragmented parts of their inner child.
Experience salvation as being made whole.
Other Counseling Services
In addition to Individual Pastoral Counseling, Clint also provides Marriage Counseling as well as Pre-Marital Counseling. His approach remains the same; rooted and grounded in the Incarnation using Christ’s own relationship to the Church as the blueprint and life of the covenant of marriage. Clint’s passion for healing and health of marriages comes from his own marriage to Allison Walker and the miraculous reconciliation they experienced through the Love of the Father.
Clint also conducts weekend retreats covering a range of topics including Inner Healing, Marriage, and the Body of Christ. Most of the retreats can be attended on Zoom and in-person.

In Love’s Invasion, Malcolm Smith reveals the Incarnation as the event that changes everything— not myth, not sentiment, but the eternal God taking on our humanity and entering the dust of our world. This is the invasion of Love Himself.
With the storytelling warmth readers cherish in Malcolm’s ministry, and the theological depth he’s known for worldwide, he paints a breathtaking picture of God-with-us — not as a distant ruler, but as One who came to wash our feet, share our bread, breathe our air, and live our life from the inside.
Through vivid narrative, scriptural insight, and tender revelation, Malcolm unveils:
The eternal intention of the Father, Son, and Spirit before creation
What truly happened in Eden and how mankind “lost its mind”
A God who refuses separation, even when humanity runs and hides
How grace meets sin, not with punishment but with relentless love
Why Jesus had to become human — and why that changes everything
The birth, life, and mission of the Last Adam
The Incarnation as participation, not appeasement
This is not a story about a God who stands far off.
This is the story of the eternal Son entering our brokenness so we might share His life.
If you long to understand the Gospel beyond traditional formulas… if you want to see the Incarnation as the early Church saw it… if you hunger to know why God became human — and what that means for you today — this book will open your eyes to the scandalous beauty of Christ who is both God and truly one of us.
Heaven touched dust — and everything changed.
Come see what that means for the world… and for you.
As I sit on my porch to consider the book I am about to write, I ask myself why I feel such a pressing need to write it. A few days ago, I celebrated my eighty-seventh
birthday. My mind wandered over those decades – along many paths and through countless events. The faces of so many people from so many meetings drifted
across my mind.
Then came a question that I believe the Spirit posed to me: What would I want to give you, above all others, to carry into your next years?
Cheryl and I talked it over for some time, and our conclusion was this – the one fact on which the entire Gospel stands is the Incarnation-God became, and
remains forever, human.
Some might be shocked and quick to say, “Surely the cross and resurrection are what you would press upon us!” No, there is something even more essential-the
question of who was crucified, who was raised, and who intercedes for us this very day. The cross is only of saving importance because of who was nailed to it.
Unless He was God in our humanity, it was just another crucifixion recorded by the soldiers. Unless the One who suffered, died, and rose again is fully God and
fully man, then we are still in our sins, and all we believe is a cruel hoax.
The reason I want to write this book on the Incarnation-and press it upon you-is because, in all my travels around the world, I have noticed that the Incarnation
is hardly mentioned in the sharing of the Gospel. For some unknown reason, the greatest event in the history of God and man is taken for granted.
A throwaway line like, “And God came to live in us,” or “He revealed God because He was God in our flesh,” cannot begin to express the enormity of what took
place. Thousands live and die without ever knowing what that truly means.
Without understanding the Incarnation, we come to the party late and spend much of our time trying to figure out what’s going on.
There are many things we never experience simply because we join the event halfway through. If you start reading a book somewhere in the middle and try to
make sense of it, you’ll likely put it down, not having a clue what it’s about. Walk into a play after the second act has begun, and you’ll disrupt those around you
with loud whispers – “Who is he? What does she mean by that?”
At another moment, the audience might erupt in laughter or applause while you sit wondering why. All the questions you now have were answered while you
were parking the car! You walked in after we’d been given the plot and were now watching it unfold.
Multitudes of believers don’t know what’s going on at the point they join the story because they came in after the plot had already been set. If you haven’t grasped
the beginning, it’s doubtful you’ll ever pick up on what’s happening later in the story.
Some say it began when Jesus heard the news of John baptizing in the Jordan; others with His own baptism and confronting Satan in the wilderness; most folk
would say that it began with the events of His birth in Bethlehem; a great many people say that it all began when Adam sinned and we all needed a Savior and
Jesus would come to save us from the mess we found ourselves in.
But this story is different from all others – it begins before the beginning.

“This retreat is a main event we look forward to year after year. To us it is similar to a family reunion of sorts. Many attend our zoom Sunday services as their church so we cherish the time with like minded believers. Friendships are formed and nurtured throughout our time together. It is a time of bonding like we don’t experience at other events. We look forward to our time together this December in San Antonio! May God richly bless you.” -Malcolm Smith
Retreat Details:
This year’s topic is The Spirit of Life – Here and Now! - At this December retreat, Malcolm will explore the Holy Spirit not as a distant, disconnected being, but as a present and living companion who walks with us daily. He will show how the Spirit gently leads us by the hand into new territory, illuminates Christ in every moment, and makes divine life a present reality rather than a future hope. Come discover how the Spirit’s work transforms ordinary moments into encounters with God’s presence, guiding choices, healing wounds, and creating a life of intimate friendship with Him.

At long last, the audio recordings from our December 2024 Retreat in San Antonio, Texas – Meal of Mystery, Meal of Wonder – are now availableon MP3 and CD. Get them today at Malcolm’s Online Store
Inspired by Malcolm’s book of the same name, this seminar expands on the book as an entire teaching in own right. Malcolm unravels the mysteries of the Eucharist and shows in detail how the scripture answers many of the lingering questions and misunderstandings we often have about how the Eucharist really works! What did Jesus really mean when he said this is MY body and blood? What happens when we partake of the bread and wine? In these hours of teaching, you will discover the wondrous power within this sacred act of remembrance.
1. This is My Body
2. Word Became Flesh
3. The Living Bread
4. The Fourth Cup (2 hours)
5. It Is Finished
6. The Necessary Meal
*This is not the audio book for Malcolm’s book Meal of Mystery, Meal of Wonder. (Hopefully that is coming soon!) This series, recorded at the December 2024 Unconditional Love Fellowship retreat, is more than 7 hours of content where Malcolm expands, explains and expounds on certain aspects of the book – but it is a life-changing teaching on its own.
