Andrew Coloney’s Next Chapter
Unconditional Love Fellowship is pleased to announce that Andrew Coloney is being sent to establish a new church community in San Antonio, Texas, with the blessing of Malcolm and Cheryl and the church body.
This calling has been developing in Andrew’s heart for many years – a calling to serve as a parish priest and pastor. Andrew’s vision is to build a community centered on liturgy, worship, pastoral care, and the message of God’s unconditional love. He desires to serve people personally, know their stories, minister in hospitals, care for families, and lead worship that engages the whole person through the sights, sounds, actions, and sacred mysteries of the Christian liturgy.
Although Andrew will no longer be with us regularly during our Sunday services in Bandera, this is not a separation from Unconditional Love Fellowship. As Andrew explains in the video announcement:
“It’s not a separating, and it’s not even a leaving. It’s an expanding. It’s a mission. It’s being sent.”
We celebrate this momentous new chapter and send Andrew and his family forward with our love, prayers, and full blessing. We look forward to sharing updates as the new church begins to take shape in San Antonio.
