Dear Partners,
Through your gifts you and I together are loving people to life.
It has been so long since our last communication with you and I want to begin this letter by thanking you for continuing your support for the ministry each month even though there was no news from us in the usual fashion. Back in the spring, when all this COVID news started coming in, we had to cancel my travels and have our staff shift its focus to online alternatives. Since then we have outfitted our chapel at the ranch with cameras and sound equipment and started meeting in Zoom, streaming our church services and Bible school online. The response has been good and the church congregation has grown more each week.
I also want to assure you that I am in great health. I have had two ‘repair procedures’ during this year but they were out-patient and I am feeling great! I celebrated my 82nd birthday in October, but I feel much younger!
Many of you have been keeping in touch with us via Zoom. For those not familiar with it, Zoom is an online meeting software that allows us to have immediate video contact and conference with each other. I have sent out messages over Zoom from my kitchen table that were put onto YouTube for all to see. As mentioned earlier, we have equipped the chapel with video recording equipment and have been broadcasting our Sunday services live online. Many of you have been joining us each week for fellowship, teaching and communion service. Randy, our ranch manager, operates the camera and recording equipment in Bandera while John in San Antonio relays that to Zoom and posts it on YouTube as well. Whatever the future holds I think that Zoom communication is here to stay!

A few more announcements: Andrew Coloney, my associate pastor at Unconditional Love Fellowship, has a new YouTube channel with some of his recent teachings which will surely bless you. Also our staff has been working to make more of my teaching series (which were previously only available on CD) available as downloads. We are adding more downloads each week on our online store at www.malcolmsmith.org.
During the first weeks of the ‘shutdown’ due to COVID back in March, I had a year of bookings cancelled – including a much-anticipated tour of the U.K. in October. That has meant communicating with individuals, home groups, and even church congregations by Zoom. This September we had the largest Bible school module we have ever had. There were about thirty students here at the ranch and nearly 200 more participating online through Zoom from all over the world including: Australia, South America, central Africa and Europe. It was a marvelous time – the Spirit freely working in and with all this technology.
I am aware that some of you do not have a computer or if you do have no idea how to access these programs that give instant communication. I thank you for your prayers and support even when you did not know what was going on – we have prayed for you, your health and lives blessed by the Spirit. We will be sending you a CD of our Sunday morning service and also making it available to all our partners on our website.
In this message I deal with the absolute and unshakeable confidence that we have in the faithfulness of God toward us. I base that on the word that begins Psalm 23:6 – “Surely”. We live in a world in chaos deeply anchored to the covenant faithful love of Father, Son and Holy Spirit – I AM. I am sure this will bless you all.
If this is a success – taking a Sunday service via all the technology to come to you by CD – then we will be doing this each month of 2021.
We will be having another Bible school (module 2) in January that will be repeated in February and March. To attend Module 2 you must have completed Module 1. To enroll and have your place reserved in-person at the ranch in Bandera or to join by Zoom, contact Judy at (830) 328-3770. I have been able to travel to a church in Houston during the year for meetings and will be doing so next year and will let you know when I have dates for those meetings.
All of us here are praying His richest blessing in these challenging days – and may the joy of the Lord fill your holiday season.

Dear Partners,
Through your gifts you and I together are loving people to life.
I apologize for the lateness of this communication but I have been overwhelmed with work and unable to sit down and talk to you until now. My message this month is very simple! It is the story of very ordinary people doing a very ordinary job who make mistakes and discover the unlimited kindness and goodness of God in the smallest details of an ordinary life. If you are at the end of your rope and look at a future that is filled with anxiety then I believe this message will help you to see that our impossible situations are the containers of the beauty and glory of His all-possible kindnesses.
The year ahead is filled with opportunities for us to meet around the country – or for you to alert your friends that I will be in their neighborhood. I shall be in Myrtle Beach, S.C. in the next few days and our Module 2 (all students must have completed Module 1) of the Bible school will meet in San Antonio for another two days of letting revelation truth wash over us.
Speaking of the Bible school in response to those who have asked we will be doing Module 1 again in September 11-12. Those who were here for Module 1 back in October told their friends of all that happened who told others until people were calling us asking that we repeat Module 1. If you can be there call our scheduling number 830-328-3770 immediately as time is short and we have to decide on the venue which depends on how many committed persons we have.
The St. Petersburg, Florida retreat – June 12-14 – I will be teaching on “Wake up! You have the mind of Christ!” For some that will sound far out but others will recognize that as a text of Scripture in the New Testament! You do have the mind of Christ and we will discover what that means in June. I do not need to tell you that a retreat is different to a meeting or Bible school. A retreat is a happening, a meeting with God that is life redirecting. The great moments are not so much in the meetings, but in what happens between and around the tables where we eat together; it is in the hallways where you are prayed for, or you step into a new realm of praying for someone else and see what He does. If you are coming we must hear from you soon so we can let the hotel know size of rooms etc.
I go from Florida to Virginia the following weekend where I am expecting a time of great revelation.
To book your place or ask questions for any of these meetings we now have a new department for you to call. The ministry number remains the same and Cindy will continue taking orders but all questions relating to retreats, Bible school or my meetings in churches are handled by Judy at 830-328-3770. Call direct – Cindy cannot transfer you as Judy’s office is in another part of the ranch.
You have blessed us with your offerings of love and I thank you everyone – I open all the mail and it is becoming like meeting old friends! We love you and want you to know that you are a vital part of this ministry – you and I are in this together bringing the love of God to one person at a time.

Dear Partners,
Through your gifts you and I together are loving people to life.
I am very late in declaring His blessing on your New Year but I do it knowing that His love is not limited to dates and times! I went to Colorado over the holidays and had a glorious time high in the mountains and came back to speak at a conference in Houston. It was an amazing time to watch the Spirit open the eyes of the understanding to see the love of God in a new and fresh way. That meant that January has been a very full month and a late partner message.
I have shared this month in my message to you on the zeal of God’s love. The zeal of His love is a message not often heard – we hear a lot more about the need for our zeal to activated God! Thank God we trust in the God who is zealous for us and follows His love purpose for us relentlessly to the goal – in this life! I believe this message will inspire you but also bring you in a fresh way to rest in His boundless zeal to accomplish His work in each of us.
I will travel more this year giving me the opportunity to meet many of you as old friends or as the many new friends we have connected with over the last months. My schedule is below.

We are considering the possibility of beginning a new cycle, beginning with Module 1 because of a number of you who did not make it to this last Module 1; if we do so we will have two cycles going on together. We will make further announcement in the next monthly letter if we decide to do that.

We are having a retreat in St. Petersburg, FL June 12-14; last year was a most unusual and wonderful retreat and we believe this year will be even better in a beautiful hotel on the beach. Then for the entire month of October, I will be speaking in various churches in the U.K.

2019 is slipping away very quickly and at the time of this recording the retreat is just a few days away. The attendance will be one of the largest we have had for a long time and we are on tip toe of excitement as we wait to see what He will do in the lives of all who attend. We will have a full report in our next partner message.
It has been a challenging year for me personally, but I report that the grace of God has been “much more abundant” in every way. My message this month is spoken out of my experience of His grace; it is true that as we wait and are entwined together with the Lord we mount up with wings and run without depleting our strength. I trust that the verses I use will be used by the Spirit to bring you to the fullness of the strength that is yours in Christ.
As I am sure you have discovered by now we have a fifty percent off sale on our CD’s and that will continue. I want as many persons as possible to have an opportunity to hear this message of the love and grace of God. With the Christmas season upon us you might find the sale a great help in buying gifts! We will be introducing many new options and formats for the recorded messages as the new year unfolds but the details will wait until we have everything in place.
I will be travelling in the new year and maybe will be in your area. If you live in the Houston, Texas area I will be speaking in Houston at the end of January. It will be a conference and so there will be three other speakers that I share the weekend with but I am booked to speak at the Sunday morning service. I will give you further details next month. Dear Partners,

We have purchased and just now received new recording equipment so we will not have the problem that we had last month. You have a recorded message this month and months to come!
My message looks at the prayer and blessing that John gave to one of his dear friends – it is the blessing that I give to you as we come into the holiday season of the year. It is a radical prayer-blessing that offends many Christians! It offends because it addresses our physical-material lives and links our daily challenges, opportunities and trials to our life in the Spirit. Multitudes in the western world have a false image of God who is “spiritual” and disinterested in the simple joys and daily challenges of our human lives. But the God we worship has revealed Himself in becoming one of us and living the image of God in those simple joys and desires of the human. It means when we pray in the Name of Jesus we ask and expect His joyful blessing upon every detail and desire of our human lives. For many this will be a message of freedom in the grace of God that the earliest believers walked in.
I must remind you of the annual retreat – the first weekend of December – at the Inn of the Hills in Kerrville TX. The subject is Radical Transforming Grace. I hear hundreds talking, preaching about the grace of God but what they say lacks insight into the radical revolutionary nature of His grace. Grace means that He is in us in the fullness of His love, care and strength that in each moment makes us whole in the totality of our lives and plunges us into a new possible – a life lived in the fellowship of the Trinity!
The overwhelming revelation and life changing insights that we have just enjoyed at the Bible school a few days ago make us excited to see how He will be working in your life at the retreat. If you are planning on coming it is imperative that you call the office and let us know as in a few days we will be locked in with the hotel with the number of who will be there.

Forgive me for the late partner message this month – the holiday weekend threw everything off schedule. My message is about investigating the wonder of the joy of the I AM being our strength. It means that as we go through our daily life with all its challenges, opportunities as well as threats and trials His joy fills us, surrounds us and carries us forward! The Fall is giving us wonderful opportunities to connect face to face and adventure together in the message of His love and grace. In a few days I will be headed to Albuquerque, New Mexico for a great weekend of meetings and then in October the long-awaited Module 1 Union with the Triune God will be held on October 11-12 in Boerne, Texas. How quickly the year is passing! Already the grass here in Texas is turning brown and the freshness of spring is turning toward the fall! But our God is always now-is, His Name is I AM and fills every present moment with His unchanging fullness. This is the subject of my message this month – the real meaning of “forever” is that He is with us today in unchanging fullness. This radically changes how we look at life’s happenings and challenges. Learn to live in the immediate presence of God communicating Himself to you. I trust that this message will bless you and call you even further in to the reality of Christ your life.
We have many opportunities to meet each other in the next months and I look forward to meeting some of you at these events.
I am now packing to go to Alvin, TX (in the Houston area) and by the time you get this, the meetings will be over.
