April 2016 – Partner Update
Dear Partners,
Through your gifts you and I together are loving people to life.
My message this month addresses the challenges that we face in the changes that take place in our lives that take us by surprise bringing anxiety and the sense of being overwhelmed. Many believers forget who they are and default to a victim mentality and complain at the new circumstances. The Scripture teaches us that such times are a new opportunity to discover new horizons of just how vast the presence of the Spirit of Christ is in every part of our lives. When we see that our complaints turn to the giving of thanks. This very practical message I believe will not only help but bring a new sense of His presence with and in us at all times. Listen with a heart open to how the Spirit is applying this to you.
At the time of this writing I am preparing myself for the conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where I will be meeting with some of you. I know that it will be a great time of Holy Spirit ministry.

The CD’s cover every aspect of forgiveness and how we apply it. I was amazed at how I have covered this subject over the decades – and in this album you have the best. Forgiveness is the portal to life in the love of God and living in the dimension of the Spirit yet sadly many live with grudges and bitterness. Those of you who are planning to be at the Bible School module 2 should register so that we can determine the size of room we need at the hotel. Those of you who took module 1 through the CD’s are encouraged to sign up for this live event. The module 1 at the hotel was the largest and maybe the most exciting class we have had – make sure you are at this module 2. If you are coming from out of town we ask you to book into the Wyndham Garden San Antonio near La Cantera (map) for your room as by your staying at the hotel the cost of the conference room is reduced.
Thank you for your continued faithfulness in giving. I want you to know how we look at your giving – it is not merely dollars to support an organization. Every dollar that you send is the love of God clothed in finances and wrapped in prayer – the gift of your life joined to the Holy Spirit and sent forth to world.
You and I, along with every other partner do more together than either of us could do alone in our wildest dreams. In your monthly giving you are part of my voice carrying God’s love in Christ in the power of the Spirit to the world.
Remember His personal promise to you as He speaks directly concerning the giving of financial gifts:
Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully. Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed. (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)
